Thanksgiving Community Dinner – 2017

Thanksgiving Day this year was one of those gorgeous blue-sky fall days.  We were pleased to serve over 320 meals and had enough leftovers to take 60 meals to the Spanish Speaking Community associated with Stop the Violence.  Thank you to all the many volunteers who made this event possible.

A special thank you to Suzy Brenner, who has lead the team for the past seven years.  We appreciate her labors of love in organizing the dinners and the many hours she and her family have spent in helping to make this a joyful and enriching experience for our MPC family, volunteers from the community, and our guests.

Celebrating the Pillars of our Church

web IMG_4178Today we were thrilled to have a reception to recognize long-term (50 years plus) members of our church.  We enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres and fellowship along with a chance to greet some of our Pillars.  Thank you for all you have done to help make MPC a vibrant church.

A complete list of the Pillars of our Church plus pictures of the event can be found here.
